About Us

The OSI Food Solutions plant in Górka is located right next to Ostróda (the heart of West-Masuria region of Poland, 150 – 200 km from major Polish cities like Gdańsk and Warsaw).  A plant distinguished by excellent manufacturing quality and modern processes. Here we process raw materials with the highest care and in accordance with the strict food safety and hygiene standards for the international food industry.

OSI Food Solutions Poland Sp. z o.o. was established in 1992 to supply red meat and poultry products to the most common restaurant chains in Poland. Since 2013, the plant has been locating in a new, modern, environmentally friendly facility in Górka. Our plant is specialized in the production of different kind of beef patties. In 2023, our new, state-of-the-art poultry plant was established right next to the beef plant to expand our portfolio to chicken products. This expansion increased our team from 144 people to a total of 206 employees.

Our internal standards in this regard are based on the legal requirements, frequently going above and beyond them, they are developed in accordance with the latest scientific knowledge and subject to constant review and development.
• being the owner of the “Cultivate” program, the first certification system for sustainable beef in Poland. This program is recognized by the European Round Table for Beef Sustainability and it is covering over 32.500 farms. Over 50% of our beef is coming from certified farms.
• our certificates: Our certificates: H&S – ISO 45001, Environment – ISO 14001, EMAS registration, Food quality – ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000, SQMS, General – Gold LEED certification.

We are member of:

• The Polish Sustainable Agriculture and Food Association, where we took active role in development of e-learning platform for farmers, named Sustainable Agriculture Academy.
• The Board of the Polish Platform for Beef Sustainability initiated by The Beef Sector Council in order to execute Strategy “Polish Beef 2022”.
