When I walked onto the plant on my first day at OSI, the management was waiting at the door. I wondered why they were waiting there. They told me it was almost time for a shift change, so they wanted to greet the new shift and say goodbye to the earlier shift. They did this once a week to let people know that they care about them. This is one of many examples of how OSI puts people first.
