Our food quality assurance team is deeply rooted in our processing network to ensure compliance with specifications, develop rigorous monitoring systems, plan safe transportation, and implement best-in-class process control and safe supply methods.

Strict Guidelines

The standards we set often exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. And we use these standards to constantly measure ourselves and our suppliers. We carry out routine audits (HACCP, food safety, GMP, animal welfare and global OSI standardization) and are always up to date with the latest and most innovative quality processes and technologies.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training

Our employees know that safety and quality have priority at OSI. As part of their orientation, employees receive documented GMP training (Good Manufacturing Practices) and at least once a year thereafter. We focus on food safety and quality in every shift, every day. At OSI individual employee is personally responsible for ensuring that all standards are adhered to.

Consistent Monitoring

The strict standards we have introduced are not just on paper. We also constantly conduct reviews and cross-checks to ensure that they are being followed.

Annual QA audits

With our annual OSI quality audits, we ensure that every product is measured and tested rigorously against our quality standards and requirements. This includes requirements from customers and regulations from authorities as well as the strictest standards of all: our own.

Ongoing sensory testing

Quality, taste and consistency are also of crucial importance. We do whatever it takes to ensure that the products we make look, taste and behave exactly as our customers expect. We check every product, in every shift. Every week we carry out a sensory test with the participation of the production management. And there is a centralized full audit four times a year.
