BayernFleisch – our name is our culture

BayernFleisch GmbH, a joint venture between the EDEKA Südbayern and OSI, stands for outstanding processing quality and modern processes. We value regional meat, traditional craftsmanship and high standards of product quality. We also consider sustainability aspects in our business activities.

Our plant in Traunstein specialises in the cutting of beef and pork as well as the production of meat and barbecue specialities.
