Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a Teamlead Global Master Data Europe (m/f/d).

What your job includes

Lead a team of master data specialists and analysts in Europe with hands-on support, coaching and talent development
Create, update, and validate material-, customer, and vendor master records in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance
Work closely with purchasing, production, product development, finance, and local site teams across Europe to align on master data requirements
Support the development and enforcement of master data standards, naming conventions, and governance rules across plants and systems
Perform regular audits and reports to identify data issues
Design and support workflows for data creation and change requests
Contribute to automation initiatives using low-code/no-code tools where applicable
Design & implement effective & efficient ETL processes for data cleansing and migration
Participate in project work and system implementations

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or IT
Several experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain environment, technical and across different functions, is preferred
Solid understanding of Customer-, Vendor-, and Material Master related business processes and related data objects
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively, internally, and externally, verbally and in writing
Ability to work effectively independently, as part of a team, and as a leader
