Our plant in Beuningen is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist.

What your job includes

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and ensure the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to our customers. You will play a key role in coordinating planning, managing inventory, optimizing processes, and supporting SAP implementation within our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and customers.
  • Manage supply chain planning, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.
  • Analyze and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase service levels.
  • Support SAP implementation and system improvements, acting as a key user for relevant modules.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT.
  • Monitor KPIs such as delivery performance, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding supply chain operations.

What we expect from you

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and structured approach to work.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and adapt to different cultures.

 

Education and Experience

  • MBO-4 level (working and thinking) qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and ERP/SAP implementation is an advantage.
