Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d).

What your job includes

  • Managing the logistical chain within the organization
  • Developing employees of the supply chain team
  • Professionalizing, designing, setting up, and improving Supply Chain workflows
  • Strong interaction with various sales departments
  • Determining the ultimate inventory turnover in collaboration with purchasing and inventory managers
  • Providing the right input to Production to ensure optimal production capacity
  • Providing realistic and reliable delivery times to customers via the Sales department
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of logistical KPIs
  • Partly conducting purchasing negotiations with suppliers
  • Initiating process improvements aimed at higher efficiency, lower complexity, shorter lead times, and lower costs
  • Handling and following up on customer complaints related to the Supply Chain
  • Monitoring and ensuring progress within the Supply Chain through timely and structured coordination with Production
  • Enforcing and complying with company and safety regulations and ensuring proper application of HACCP, BRC, and ARBO guidelines
  • Participating in cross-departmental projects
  • Being a member of the management team

Education & Experience

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
  • Experience within Supply Chain
  • Experience in managing and developing employees
  • Experience with supplier management and purchasing negotiations
  • Knowledge of HACCP, BRC, ARBO, and relevant company regulations
