Our factory Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Shift Leader.

The Role

As a Shift Leader, you are a key figure in coordinating and managing our production departments. You play an essential role in achieving production plans and ensuring execution that meets the highest safety, quality, and hygiene standards.


You are responsible for monitoring the progress of the production process and identifying opportunities for process improvements, aiming to ensure both the efficiency and effectiveness of operations. With your leadership, you motivate and inspire the team to achieve the set goals and continuously maintain production standards.

What Do You Bring?

  • MBO 4 level of education and thinking (preferably in a technical field). HBO level is a plus.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a production environment.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and other relevant quality and safety standards.
  • Good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
  • Leadership and motivation for your teams, with strong communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to improve production processes.
  • Problem-solving, decisive, and stress-resistant in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work in 2 shifts (14% shift allowance).
  • Requirement: valid work permit for the Netherlands.
