Senior Manager Health & Safety Europe (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced and committed leader for the position of Senior Manager Health & Safety Europe (m/f/d), preferably based in Gersthofen, to manage our strategic health and safety goals across Europe.

What your job includes

Responsibility for developing, implementing, and continuously improving our H&S strategy at the European level
Providing technical leadership and advice to local health and safety managers at our European sites
Ensuring consistent implementation and compliance with all H&S standards
Conducting risk analyses, audits, inspections, and root cause analyses
Developing and promoting a positive and sustainable safety culture through targeted initiatives
Monitoring and reporting relevant H&S key performance indicators and deriving improvement measures
Planning and conducting training and awareness campaigns
Introducing innovative H&S concepts to comply with safety standards and reduce risks
Benchmarking our safety performance against the industry and implementing best practices

What we expect from you

A degree in occupational safety, engineering, environmental management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in health & safety management at an international level, ideally with leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of European occupational health and safety guidelines (e.g., ISO 45001)
Additional qualifications such as Sifa BG, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent international certificates are desirable
Strong communication and consulting skills at all hierarchical levels
Competence in developing and conducting training courses
Business fluent German and English; other languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
