As a QC Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring operational aspects, ensuring that legal obligations and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders are strictly adhered to.
- Monitoring and ensuring quality aspects;
- Inspect goods or processes in response to reports from employees or production management;
- Collecting samples for analysis and environmental monitoring (pre-inspection);
- Documenting all data collected;
- Reporting observed deviations to the QA Manager or QA Supervisor and suggesting ways to deal with them;
- Monitoring the enforcement of process settings and hygiene rules during the process;
- Instructing to correct settings, rectify errors or perform cleaning tasks;
- Promoting awareness on quality and hygiene among production employees through explanation, instructions etc.
- Compliance with HACCP, ISO, health and safety regulations, environmental rules and company regulations;
- Shaping the process of 'continuous improvement' within own organisation;
- Guarantee integrity and independent advice on quality and (food) safety;
- Responding to reports of product integrity and food fraud.
