Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a QA Engineer Plant Compliance – Chicken (m/f/d).

What your job includes

You support McDonald’s, OSI Commercial and OSI production sites on all quality-related topics concerning chicken products
You manage FSQA data and ensure data integrity within McDonald’s systems to keep the business running smoothly and agilely
You collect and analyse quality data related to chicken products, including NPR-FO, complaints, quality maps and -defects
You follow up on KPI, NPR-FO and other reporting, including root cause analysis and verification
You train and familiarise Market QA teams with OSI processes and production processes for chicken products
You strengthen the QA relationship with local markets and participate in QA Calibration Days
You create and maintain quality maps and prepare and conduct product sensory assessments
You participate in various ad-hoc teams and take on additional tasks as agreed with your manager
You work closely with chicken sites, McDonald’s markets, Commercial, FSQA and Zone QA teams
Your work takes place in the office, production environment and remotely, with business travel of up to 30%

What we expect from you

Completed degree in Food Technology, Food/Nutrition Science, Life Sciences, Oecotrophology or a comparable field
Experience in a food processing site
Thorough knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety and GMP principles as well as relevant legislation
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and intercultural skills
Willingness to work across different shifts
Independent and structured way of working combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams
