Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a position related to production management, preferred in the food industry.
Very good knowledge of English, allowing for free business communication.
Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage.
Highly developed managerial competencies in the field of team management, motivating employees and enforcing the achievement of goals.
Experience in optimizing production processes and implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and a culture of continuous improvement.
Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, GHP, HACCP, IFS, FSSC22000).
Knowledge of modern production management systems and the ability to work with KPIs and production data analysis.
