Our factory in Beuningen is looking for a Office Manager.

The Role

As an Office Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all office activities. You lead a team of facility staff, oversee administrative processes, and ensure the office functions optimally. You are the first point of contact for facility matters and maintain control over everything needed behind the scenes to keep the organization running. You also collaborate with colleagues from other departments and are available to step in as a substitute when support staff are absent.


Organization & Process Monitoring

  • You keep the daily office organization running and ensure efficient and effective work processes.
  • You set priorities, implement improvements in procedures, and ensure streamlined administrative support.
  • You identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Facility Management

  • You manage the office facilities, including maintenance, setup, and the availability of internal resources.
  • You order and manage office supplies, PPE, workwear, and other internal materials.
  • You ensure that all provisions are in place to allow colleagues to work optimally.

Supplier and Contract Management

  • You select and manage contracts with external suppliers of facility services, such as cleaning, security, coffee services, or maintenance providers.
  • You monitor the quality of delivered services and make adjustments where necessary, with attention to costs, service, and continuity.
  • You maintain long-term collaborations and ensure clear agreements.

Job Requirements

You are a structured professional with experience in office and facility management. You effortlessly switch between strategic thinking and operational execution. Additionally, you possess:

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in an administrative or facility-related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience with administrative processes and office management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proactive attitude, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
  • A professional and representative appearance
