Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a Manager – Sales Pricing & FP&A (m/f/d).
 
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager – Sales Pricing & FP&A (m/f/d) to become the central contact and trusted advisor for all pricing and profitability decisions with the responsible Divisions. The position will closely partner with the sales teams, driving commercial success by delivering actionable insights, pricing recommendations and profitability reporting. 

What your job includes

  • Develop pricing recommendations across Foods & Food Solutions divisions
  • Development and implementation of pricing strategies to enhance profitability and competitiveness
  • Lead pricing evaluations within the IPR process for new product launches
  • Customer and product profitability analysis with actionable recommendations
  • Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting of sales volumes,margins, revenue and market share
  • Evaluate sales team price change requests based on margin, volume and commercial impact
  • Ownership and further development of sales reporting tools and dynamic pricing models
  • Review of customer contracts, and pricing compliance with Legal and Sales
  • Leadership, development and structure of the pricing and sales finance team

What we expect from you

  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling
  • Several years of experience in Financial controlling/Analysis or Pricing roles, preferably in FMCG or Food Industry
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proven experience in pricing strategy development
  • A proactive and structured approach to problem solving and decision making
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to confidently present insights to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools
  • Fluency in both German and English
