Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)

Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring production safety and the reliable operation of machinery and technical equipment
- Planning and implementing improvements to machines and technical facilities in line with budget and plant requirements
- Coordinating maintenance activities, service contracts and maintenance intervals
- Analysing machine downtimes and implementing measures to improve equipment reliability
- Ensuring effective troubleshooting and technical support for production and other departments
- Managing spare parts procurement and optimising stock levels
- Planning and leading local equipment and technical projects in cooperation with Group Operations
- Coordinating external suppliers for maintenance work and new plant installations
- Preparing and monitoring the maintenance budget
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and environmental regulations
- Maintaining proper documentation of technical equipment and processes
- Leading, developing and supporting employees within the technical department
- Responsible for work safety, including fire protection, and member of the HACCP team
What we expect from you
- Completed technical education at HBO level or a degree in engineering, e.g. mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering, alternatively, completed vocational training with relevant further qualifications or comparable technical experience
- Experience in technical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry and multi-shift operations
- Experience in a leadership role
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Quality-conscious, solution-oriented and flexible approach
- Valid working permit
