Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Line Leader.

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

As a Line Leader, you are responsible for the daily operation of a production line. You make sure production runs safely, on time, and according to quality standards. You lead a team of operators, support them during the shift, and help solve any issues on the line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of production employees and operators.
  • Make sure production targets are met.
  • Check product quality, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Ensure correct product labels and production records.
  • Solve minor machine or production issues and report larger problems.
  • Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized.
  • Look for ways to improve the production process.

What You Bring

  • MBO Level 3 working and thinking level.
  • Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience as a team leader or supervisor is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English.
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (5:30-15:00 and 15:00-23:30).
  • A valid working permit for the Netherlands.
