About OSI

OSI Europe is a leading company in the food industry, specializing in the production of high-quality food products. With several production sites in Europe and a global distribution network, we offer first-class solutions for customers worldwide. 

Our Sales Team is looking for a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d).

What your job includes

  • Sales of our beef products from European slaughtering and deboning plants as well as selected supply partners across France, Italy and Greece
  • Implement our sales strategy and conduct contract negotiations to build long-term customer relationships
  • Plan and carry out structured customer visits within your assigned sales region
  • Develop existing business and sustainably increase sales volumes
  • Drive the growth of our Foodservice and industrial customer business
  • Support the acquisition and development of new key account customers in France, Italy and Greece
  • Take responsibility for receivables management and customer complaint handling
  • Coordinate customer margins with our production sites and management
  • Maintain customer master data and prepare regular KPI reports

What we expect from you

  • Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on the food industry
  • First professional experience in a comparable sales position
  • Knowledge of the beef market as well as initial experience in slaughtering, deboning or meat sales is an advantage
  • Initial experience with pricing and product cost calculations
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer orientation and profitability
  • Good understanding of relevant sales channels within the Foodservice and industrial sectors
  • Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
  • Passion for food and international sales
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Willingness to travel and a driver's licence (class B)
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, French/ Spanish/ Portuguese is considered an advantage
