Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Foreman.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Foreman, you are a key player in our daily production operations. You lead by example, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. With a keen eye for quality and a strong focus on teamwork, you are the driving force behind a well-organized and motivated team.
  • You ensure the production process runs efficiently, meeting planning targets without compromising quality.
  • You uphold and enforce all quality, hygiene, and safety regulations (incl. HACCP), ensuring each product meets our high standards.
  • You are hands-on with production equipment, proactively addressing and resolving any operational issues.
  • You coach and guide your team, fostering a positive and performance-driven work environment.
  • You play a crucial role in creating a structured, clean, and safe workplace.

Your Profile

  • Minimum of a completed MBO level 3 (vocational education) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in a production environment, preferably within the food industry.
  • Proven leadership skills – you know how to inspire, support, and motivate your team.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English (required).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to perform well under pressure, and a real team player.
  • Quality-conscious, flexible, and solutions-oriented.
  • Willing and able to work in two shifts (required).
  • In possession of a valid work permit for the Netherlands (required).
