We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager (m/f/d) in Amersfoort to strengthen our leadership team and support our growth ambitions.

What your job includes

  • Lead and develop the international Finance team
  • Shape and execute the finance strategy aligned with company goals
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and Management Team
  • Oversee financial performance, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and internal controls
  • Optimize inventory, working capital, and cash flow
  • Provide data-driven insights to support commercial and investment decisions
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes 

What we expect from you

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Several years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS/Dutch GAAP)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on mindset
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
