Compensation & Benefits Manager Europe (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager Europe (m/f/d) to join our HR team at the European headquarters in Gersthofen.

What your job includes

  • Analysing, developing and implementing remuneration and benefit systems in Europe: this includes independent job evaluations, salary and wage classifications, bonus systems, employee benefits and pension schemes
  • Preparation and implementation of the annual salary increase and bonus round
  • Carrying out salary benchmarking analyses and salary development analyses in Europe to support budget planning and the further development of remuneration structures in the countries
  • Project management for European Compensation & Benefit projects and the harmonisation of processes
  • Provide leadership and development to our HRIS Team
  • Key figure development in the area of Compensation & Benefit, forecast analyses and ad-hoc reports as well as contact person for all C&B issues

What we expect from you

  • Degree in economics with a focus on human resources or a comparable subject area
  • Several years of experience in the area of compensation & benefits in an international environment
  • Strong project management skills and proficient in HR systems as well as MS Excel
  • High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, structured and solution-orientated action
  • Good analytical skills and a strong understanding of numbers
  • First leadership experience appreciated
  • Very good communication skills at all levels in German (B2) and English
