QA Officer (m/f/d)
About OSI
As an international company in the food sector, we belong to the globally operating, owner-managed OSI group. We are leaders in the development and manufacture of high-quality products for system catering and food retailing.
Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a QA Officer (m/f/d).
What your job includes
- Planning, preparing and handling internal and external audits, providing information from quality systems by recording advice on improvements and discussing results with manager
- Inputting inspection data from production into the quality system
- Adjusting protocols and work process descriptions in consultation with production management and employees
- Responsible for the approval, registration and training of all (renewed) quality documentation
- Securing IFS and HACCP rules as member of HACCP team
- Helping to ensure that the QA system functions properly
- Compliance with HACCP, ISO, occupational health and safety, environmental and company regulations
What we expect from you
- Completed HBO education in food technology or adequate formation background in food industry
- Several years of experience in quality functions, preferably in meat industry
- Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance systems and regulations in HACCP and IFS
- Sound experience in food microbiology and chemistry and auditing processes
- Knowledge of automation processes in a food manufacturing environment with mainly pork products
- Good command of Dutch and English language
