Our plant in Beuningen is looking for a Plant Controller (m/f/d).

What your job includes

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts according to local and US GAAP
  • assisting with strategic analysis, providing strategic financial planning and ad hoc financial analyses
  • Preparation of plant reporting focusing on plant performance and profitability
  • Calculation of product costs and target sales prices with Pricing team
  • Analysis and reporting of revenues and margins by product/customer
  • Prepare budget and rolling Forecast with Plant Manager & Financial Headquarter
  • Identify and support Plant Manager in execution of cost saving initiatives in Plant
  • Part of HvdB Plant leadership team.
  • Prepare business case for Plant Capital investment- NPV, IRR analysis
  • Interface work with ourShared Service Center in Gersthofen & European tax team
  • Functional and disciplinary supervision of local Plant Financial Controller and Accountants 

What we expect from you

  • Profound experience in Plant Controlling, desirable in Food Industry
  • Experience in leading and developing a small team
  • Sound knowledge in Excel and analytic tools like Power BI / One Stream
  • Profound knowledge of Dutch GAAP, US GAAP and/or IFRS
  • Experience in ERP such as CSB or NAV BC desired
  • Commercial acumen, analytical skills and solution-oriented skills
  • Assertiveness and high resilience
  • Very good knowledge of English and Dutch in both writing and speaking
