Our factory Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Interim Quality Manager.
 
As Interim QA manager at OSI-Henri van de Bilt, you ensure that OSI-Henri van de Bilt can always deliver top products to its customers. Together with your team you ensure that OSI-Henri van de Bilt complies with the latest quality requirements. You understand like no other that this function has an important place in the company. As a QA manager, you are the expert in the field of quality. You are the driver of all processes for maintaining and improving quality within the organization. You pay attention to support for quality inside and outside the organization and you supervise compliance with legal frameworks. Here, your natural superiority and confident impression comes in handy.  You stimulate the learning capacity of the department with the aim of lifting it to a higher level together. The team in which you will be working, consists, in addition to you, of 7 colleagues.

What to expect

  • Leading but also coaching the QA team;
  • Ensuring that the quality system, processes and products meet the specified requirements;
  • Establishing, monitoring and (to) roll out the quality objectives of the organization;
  • Steering on KPI's and optimizing them further;
  • Manage, organize and perform both internal and external audits;
  • Drawing up and/or checking HACCP risk analyses, among other things,
  • Quality control plans, annual plans and annual reports;
  • Standardizing and securing the quality management system in the production organization
  • production organization;
  • Advising the management team and line management.

What we expect

  • You have at least a completed HBO education in the direction of Food & Business Management, Food Technology or similar;
  • You have relevant work experience in the food sector (meat industry is an advantage);
  • You have knowledge of IFS, HACCP, BRC, BLK and SKAL certifications;
  • You have good organizational and project management skills;
  • You are available at least 36 hours per week.
