For our IT team at the European Headquarters in Gersthofen we are looking for an  IT Service & Support Teamleader.

What your job includes

  • Implementation and operation of a modern IT helpdesk and support structure in all European offices, especially with regard to the provision and operation of 1st and 2nd level support in the ticket system Jira
  • Strategic setup and further development of the European OSI Service & Support area
  • Controlling and executing all processes and tools required for the execution of the support function
  • Operational management and further development of the IT Service & Support team in Europe
  • Supporting the European units in the implementation of the service and support portfolio

What we expect from you

  • Completed studies with a focus on information technology or comparable training
  • Sound technical and procedural ITIL understanding
  • Service- and solution-oriented approach as well as "hands-on" mentality
  • Several years of experience in IT support and service, preferably in a ticket system such as jira
  • Already some experience in leading an IT team at different locations
  • Very good English skills and the will to develop yourself further
  • You consider business trips within Europe as enrichment
