What your job includes
- Implementation and operation of a modern IT helpdesk and support structure in all European offices, especially with regard to the provision and operation of 1st and 2nd level support in the ticket system Jira
- Strategic setup and further development of the European OSI Service & Support area
- Controlling and executing all processes and tools required for the execution of the support function
- Operational management and further development of the IT Service & Support team in Europe
- Supporting the European units in the implementation of the service and support portfolio
What we expect from you
- Completed studies with a focus on information technology or comparable training
- Sound technical and procedural ITIL understanding
- Service- and solution-oriented approach as well as "hands-on" mentality
- Several years of experience in IT support and service, preferably in a ticket system such as jira
- Already some experience in leading an IT team at different locations
- Very good English skills and the will to develop yourself further
- You consider business trips within Europe as enrichment
