Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is growing and created a new position as IT Specialist (m/w/d) Service & Support.

You will be the responsible IT person onsite and part of our European IT team, that is located in Germany in a shared-service-structure.

What your job includes

  • Manage incidents, changes and demands, following ITIL processes and Change Control, ensuring defined SLAs are met
  • Provide hands-and-eyes support for break-fix and user support for our meat production plant in Beuningen
  • Remotely connected IT support to all locations across Europe with the ticket system Jira and help to escalate to Resolver Groups as required in a timely fashion, forwarding tickets, malfunction reports and questions to the responsible bodies
  • Maintain helpdesk tools and asset databases, run standard reports, working with the wider IT team and tools and document for further learnings
  • Inform users about the proper use of technical and application systems and tools in the first level support
  • Operate and monitor devices, consoles and IT management systems

What we expect from you

  • At least 2 years IT Support experience, preferably in Manufacturing or FMCG production environment
  • Completed vocational training in IT Systems Engineering
  • Sound experience in IT support and service, or at helpdesks with a basic understanding of ITIL standards and processes
  • Good knowledge in application, hardware, network, telephony and ICT service operation
  • Technical knowledge in the administration of IT systems including Active Directory and Exchange & Teams
  • Deep technical knowledge in Microsoft Office, such as Excel and Microsoft Access,  and Desktop hardware
  • Good English and Dutch language skills
