As an experienced, energetic and results-oriented HR Business Partner, you have demonstrable relevant work experience. You are a business partner in the broadest sense of the word and work together with the various stakeholders.
You can think and act ahead and get energy from building professional networks and systems. Influencing different stakeholders at all levels comes easily to you and as a networker you are able to develop new relationships.
In this fun role, you will be partly responsible for implementing a huge variety of employee and organisational issues. This involves HR advice in the broadest sense of the word. Think of advice on absenteeism and reintegration, but also talent development and organising training courses that you might also want to give yourself. In addition, administering and archiving files within the small HR team is an important part of your duties.
- Provide HR guidance and advice to line managers on HR policies and procedures, balancing needs against the most appropriate application.
- You support managers on all People-related issues; from performance management to sickness absence and talent development.
- You support the direct employees with questions concerning their personal situation, problems, payroll and presence and absence.
