What your job includes
- Advising the European group companies on all legal matters with a particular focus on general commercial matters.
- Independent review, drafting and negotiation of national and international sales, purchasing, service and IT-related contracts with contractual partners
- Independent review and drafting of corporate law documents as well as their final formulation, conclusion and implementation
- Support in the legal integration of subsidiaries
- Representation of the legal interests of the group companies externally
What we expect from you
Based on your completed studies in the field of law (1st and 2nd state examinations), you have appropriate professional experience for the position from a law firm or a legal department and meet the following additional criteria:
- Profound knowledge of contract law, commercial law, corporate law as well as CISG knowledge.
- Very good analytical skills and judgement, assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and intercultural sensitivity, also in an international environment
- Very good communication and assertiveness skills at all hierarchical levels in English and German
- Hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking and an eye for the essentials
