Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Eastern Europe

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) Eastern Europe for our OSI Foodworks sales organisation

You will work from your home office with a strong connection to our plants and customer visits in Eastern Europe.

What your job includes

  • Selling beef from OSI slaughterhouses and cutting plants, as well as our supply partners in Europe, to the Eastern European market - especially to customers in the food service sector and industry
  • Developing customer-specific strategies for contract negotiations in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantages
  • Acquisition and support of new key account customers
  • Responsible for payment and receivables management in dialogue with customers
  • Significant further development of the current sales volume per week
  • Obtaining market information as well as available items, quantities and price expectations
  • Weekly reporting and regular tracking of all relevant KPIs to management
  • Management and further development of an assigned sales team for Eastern Europe

What we expect from you

  • Completed commercial training or training in food technology
  • Completed training as a master butcher desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in slaughterhouses and cutting plants are an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills and several years of experience in beef sales
  • Strong networking and price negotiation skills with a clear customer focus
  • Proven management experience 
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Business fluent communication at all levels in German and very good knowledge of English, as well as another language such as Polish or Hungarian highly desirable
